Located in Al-Bureij Camp, The Phoenix School supports approximately 100 children, ages 5 and 6, living in the refugee center with their parents. The staff includes both kindergarten teachers as well as trained therapists. Phoenix serves a population who would otherwise be left behind, as UNWRA schools only cover grades 1 through 12. The program focuses on psychological support as much as education, strengthening the emotional resilience of the students and their families.
